THE ARCHITECTURE FRINGE
Following on from the inaugural Architecture Fringe in 2016, 2017 saw over 50 projects across Scotland engage both the public and architecture related professionals.
In addition to 9 core programme projects under the theme of 'Infra/Structure', the three-week long open programme was contributor-led, with facilitated meetups for contributors to develop projects in conversation with each other, and be part of a collective interface with the built environment through events such as debates, exhibitions, walking tours and live-build projects.
The Architecture Fringe recently won the Collaboration Award at the Creative Edinburgh Awards 2017.
You can get involved in the 2018 open programme under the theme 'Common/Senses' via the meetups here.
